DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – A Swatara Township mother faces jail time after police say she hindered the arrest of her son.
Harrisburg City Police detectives, assisted by Swatara Police arrested Nancy Napier, 58, at about 4:30 pm Thursday. She is charged with Hindering Apprehension for hiding and transporting her son, Darius Napier. Detectives say Napier was aware that her son was wanted and helped him to avoid being arrested.
Darius Napier is wanted for a recent violation of a Protection from Abuse Order in which he stalked the victim. He is also wanted for Indirect Criminal Contempt regarding the same victim.
