Today in our Be Well segment, Mindy Quesenberry of My Fitness Quest and Dan Duryea, N.D, show a low-carb recipe for a smoothie that takes less than two minutes to prepare.
The recipe is below:
Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 scoop protein powder
½ cup berries, frozen
1 tbs. flax seed meal
2 packets natural sweetener of choice, optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glass and enjoy!
