LEBANON, Pa.- High winds are being blamed for a roof being blown off a Lebanon City home. It happened at about 4:35 pm at 115 Cumberland Street.
Workers had been installing a new flat roof on the three story building. The work was suspended today because of those gusting winds. The wind ripped away the sub layer of the roof.
There were no reported injuries. Traffic was detoured around the area for more than 90 minutes while firefighters cut the roofing material into management pieces for removal.
