FAIRVIEW TOWNSHIP, Pa.–A Carlisle man was arrested on Easter Sunday after police said he assaulted two relatives in York County during a domestic dispute.
Daniel Cobaugh Jr., 51, is charged with terroristic threats, three counts of simple assault and two counts of harassment. He was arraigned and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
Officers responded to the a home along the 500 block of Fishing Creek Road on Sunday afternoon for a reported domestic dispute. Investigators were advised that Cobaugh shoved and then threatened to stab a female relative, according to police reports. He then tried to choke a different family member, police said.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 11.
