LANCASTER Pa- Lancaster police say Stacel Crenshaw turned himself in Wednesday morning. He was wanted for a robbery and shooting Monday night.
Officers responded to the 700 block of High Street shortly before 10:30 p.m. for a report of a shooting.
Police say the victim was walking along the street when he was robbed at gunpoint. The victim handed over a small amount cash and was shot as he tried to run away.
The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Investigators say his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Police identified Stacel Tyrice Crenshaw, 27, last known address: 600 blk. S. Marshall Street as the shooter. Crenshaw was charged with Aggravated Assault, Robbery, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Firearms not to be Carried Without a License.
