LANCASTER, Pa. – Lancaster City Police are investigating an attempted child luring. It happened at about 4:15 p.m, along the 600 block of East King Street on Monday, April 4.
The father of the victim told police that his 14 year old daughter was approached in an alley behind E King Street while walking home from school by a tall, black male, wearing a light brown rain coat, blue jeans and Nike sneakers.
The suspect offered the girl candy that he said was in his van. The victim ran away and told her father about the incident.
