YORK TWP., York County, Pa. — York Area Regional Police have filed additional charges against the missing fugitive Austin Craley. Craley, 20, has been on the run since April 15th. Craley was accused of raping a 14-year-old girl last year. He missed his scheduled bail hearing on April 13th and appeared at the victim’s house early in the morning on the 15th with a gun. Craley allegedly stole guns from his parents’ home prior to breaking into the victim’s home.
He has been on the run ever since.
Craley is still at large and additional arrest warrants have been filed for Theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, simple assault, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats and burglary. Police will charge anyone who harbors or conceals Austin Craley or provides false information to law to prevent his capture. If you have information of Austin’s whereabouts please call 911.
