LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – After a thorough search of the Doe Run Elementary School  by Manheim Borough Police and the Lancaster City Police K-9 unit, it was determined that there was no validity to the bomb threat.

PREVIOUS STORY:  Students at Doe Run Elementary School in the Manheim Central School District have been evacuated to the Stiegel Elementary School due to a bomb threat. The school has 300 plus students  K-4.

The bomb threat was found in a bathroom the school in the 100 block of East Gramby Street. School District officials say the students and staff were evacuated to Stiegel Elementary.

The Doe Run students will dismiss at the normal time from Stiegel Elementary.  Students who are riders, parents can pick them up beginning at 2:30 p.m. behind the school. School bus service will run as normal.

Girls on the Run for both Stiegel Elementary and Gramby Elementary is canceled for today.

Manheim Borough Police are investigating.
