HARRISBURG, Pa. – Police have an arrest warrant for a Harrisburg man accused of assaulting two women and an 11 year old child.

Police responded at about 10:34 p.m. Thursday to an address in the 2400 block of North 5th Street for a reported domestic violence incident.   Officers made contact with three separate victims, a 38 year old female, a 21 year old female and an 11 year old boy.

The 38 year old woman, who was the mother of the other two victims, told police that she and Glenn Walker Jr. were out at a local bar.  While in the bar Walker was drinking heavily.  When they returned home she reminded him to take the keys out of the ignition.  Walker back handed her in the face.  Once in the house they began to argue and Walker became enraged.  Walker began to violently assault her.

Upon hearing the commotion Walker’s step son came to try and help his mother. Walker grabbed the child by the throat and began to strangle him. After about a minute of strangulation Walker hit the 11 year old on the chin with such force, he lifted the boy off the floor.

The daughter also tried to physically stop Walker from punching and kicking her mother while she was on the floor. Walker punched the daughter in the face then began strangling her with both hands. Another family member shouted that the Police had been called and were on the way.  Upon hearing this, Walker left the residence on foot. Officers searched but did not locate Walker.

Anyone with information on Walker’s whereabouts is asked to call the Dauphin County Police dispatch at (717) 558-6900 and ask for a City detective.
