LEBANON, Pa. – Lebanon City Police are on the lookout for an opportunistic thief, who got away with a bag full of money. It happened at about 10:40 this morning near the intersection of 7th and Lehman Streets.
The victim told police that he was preparing to fill the outside ATM at the intersection when a man walked by, then took the money bag. The bag with an undisclosed amount of cash inside, had been placed on the sidewalk by the victim.
The suspect ran west to Liberty Street and got into a dark green or black in color 4 door awaiting the suspect. Nothing was said to the victim and the victim was not injured as a result of this incident.
The suspect was described as a black male, in his early twenties, wearing tan pants and a baseball hat.
