YORK, Pa. – Northeastern Regional Police charge the CEO of the YMCA of York County, Larry Richardson with failing to report a sexual abuse incident that allegedly happened at Camp Spirit in July 2014.  State law requires YMCA officials report of any instance of child abuse.

Richardson was arrested on Thursday morning. He was arraigned on the charge of Endangering Welfare of Children and Failure to Report. He was released after posting $25,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing on the charges was set June 27 at 1 p.m. before District Justice Robert Eckenrode.
