DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – Josie Xavier Rosado-Albarran turned himself in on Friday, June 3 to Lower Paxton Police on an arrest warrant.

The warrant charges 23-year-old Rosado-Albarran with aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Rosado-Albarran placed a cordless power drill to the side of a five-year-old’s head, and deliberately pulled the trigger.

The drill rotated causing a visible abrasion to the child’s head and ear. No bit was in the drill at the time, police reported.

Following arraignment, he was sent to Dauphin County Prison. His bail is set at $20,000.
