STEELTON, Pa. – A Steelton man is charged with Endangering Welfare of Children. The charge stems from an investigation that began two months ago.
On April 22nd, deputies from the Dauphin County Sheriff’s Office came across two young children on the street carrying an infant by it’s head. The children were 8 and 2 years old and the infant was 8 months old.
During the course of their investigation police identified Marcale Duffey, 27 as the person responsible for the children at that time. They determined that Duffey had just left the residence with the children inside. Somehow the children made their way outside. They were found walking about five blocks from the home.
