DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – The Dauphin County Criminal Investigation Division is holding an arrest warrant for Allen Sylvester Phillips, 23, of Shiremanstown, for Flight to Avoid Apprehension, Trial or Punishment and Criminal Mischief.

In October 2015, Phillips was convicted on felony drug charges and sentenced to 24 months of intermediate punishment with the first 3 months being house arrest with electronic monitoring.  He was placed under GPS monitoring.

Tips can also be made directly to the police by calling (717) 558-6900.  You may be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000 if your tip leads to Phillips’ apprehension!
