CONESTOGA, Pa.—A Conestoga man was arrested Thursday after he threatened to kill police officers responding to a disturbance he’s accused of causing, according to  Southern Lancaster County Regional Police reports.

Robert Kreider, 50, is charged with terroristic threats, resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Police responded to Kreider’s home on Thursday for reports of a disturbance. Investigators say Kreider was drunk while standing in his front yard, yelling and cursing at his neighbors.

Officers discovered Kreider had multiple arrest warrants in both Lancaster and Chester counties.

During his arrest, Kreider became combative with police and threatened to kill the arresting officers multiple times, police said.

He was taken to Lancaster County Prison.
