SUSQUEHANNA TWP., Dauphin County, Pa. — Susquehanna Township Police arrested two individuals who they say were engaged in prostitution in 2 separate rooms at the same hotel in the 3900 block of N. Front Street on September 2nd. Arrangements were made through a web site that is commonly used to advertise prostitution and after agreeing to have sexual relations with an undercover officer for money, police arrested:

Kimberly Rexroad, 38, of Allentown, PA

Wei Xingzhi, 51, of Flushing, NY

Both were charged with Prostitution and arraigned at night court. Rexroad had an active fugitive warrant out of Maryland and was placed in DCP to await extradition. Xingzhi was arraigned and given $5,000 bail and placed in DCP.

On September 5th, police responded to a complaint of 2 females using drugs and engaging in prostitution at a hotel in the 3900 block of N. Front Street, Harrisburg. As officers approached the hotel room, an individual exited and a female was seen inside the room. That female was identified as Morgan Valentino, W/F/19 of the 1700 block of Miller Street in Harrisburg. Inside the room officers found evidence that Valentino was cooking and smoking crack cocaine and also working as a prostitute.

Valentino was charged with Manufacturing a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Prostitution. She was arraigned at night court and placed in DCP on $15,000 bail.
