CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – East Pennsboro School District official acting upon the advice of expert consultants, dismissed students at East Pennsboro Elementary School at 2:45pm this afternoon. The early dismissal was part of preventative measures due to mold growth in the univents on the 1st floor of the building. The school has 550 students.
The univents have already begun to be cleaned professionally. School District officials say more information regarding the operational status of the building will be communicated later this evening.
