WILLIAMS TWP, Dauphin County, Pa- State police say a man was killed after a tractor fell on top of him by an accident.
It happened along the 1300 block of West Market Street on Aug. 28. State police said a relative found Clyde Adams, 66, crushed under his tractor.
According to a news release,the man was found over an embankment and crushed by his Kubota tractor, which he was operating at the time of his death.
The victim had to be extricated from the scene by EMS, police said.
The coroner determined that Adams’ death was an accident.
