East Lampeter Twp., Lancaster County, Pa. — A Lancaster man is in Lancaster County Prison on charges he stole merchandise from Walmart. Police say Michael Anthony Kelly, 29, removed packaging and concealed various merchandise inside his clothing, then walked out of the store located at 2034 Lincoln Highway East on September 8th.
