Surveillance camera captures image of suspected burglar in Lancaster city

LANCASTER, Pa.–Lancaster city police are searching for a man they suspect may have burglarized a home along the 200 block of North Shippen Street on Monday.

It happened between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday. Investigators learned the suspect may have been captured on surveillance cameras outside of Molly’s Pub.  Officers reviewed the footage and released a photograph of the man they believe is a potential suspect.

The man in the photo is described as a black male, in his 30’s with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a camouflage ball cap, red t-shirt, dark colored cargo shorts and dark sneaker.

Police say he was last seen riding a bicycle along North Shippen Street.
