LOWER ALLEN TWP., Cumberland County, Pa. — Police say the three people caught in these surveillance photos passed counterfeit money at the Capital City Mall. It happened on Friday, August 19th, between 7:45pm and 9:30pm. The suspects passed counterfeit $20, $50 and $100 bills at Macy’s and JC Penney. Most of the bills had the same serial numbers.
