HARRISBURG, Pa. – Harrisburg Police investigators have identified a ‘person of a interest’ in a late morning shooting in the city.
Officers responded at about 11:33 a.m. to the 1900 block of Mulberry Street for a report of multiple shots fired. Police found a male, who had been shot in the leg. EMS was summoned and he was taken to a local hospital and is expected to recover.
Through the investigation it was determine that a black male was firing a handgun at an unknown individual from within a vehicle. This unknown target was not hit and fled away from the scene. It was during this shooting that the victim, who was walking down the street, was struck in the leg with a gunshot.
Police are looking for Tristan Rogers who is a person of interest in this case. Rodgers is also wanted for a Capias for Possession With Intent to Sell a Controlled Substance.

Dauphin County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2000 for information leading to an arrest in this incident.
