Upper Allen Twp., Cumberland County Pa. — On Saturday, September 24, 2016 the Upper Allen Township Police were contacted by a township resident in reference to a dog escaping from their residence at 100 block of Ellesmere Lane.
The dog pictured — Dudley — escaped from his owner at approximately 11:00 am, and was last seen in the area of Ellesmere Lane off South Market Street and Boxwood Lane.
