Manhunt for burglary suspect ends with arrest in Lancaster County

QUARRYVILLE, Pa.–Police have arrested a burglary suspect following a man hunt in Lancaster County this morning.

Kerick Erisman, 22, of Elizabethtown, was taken into custody around 1:15 p.m. near Drytown Road and Martic Heights Drive.

Erisman was wanted for burglary in Martic Township on Sept. 19.

Pennsylvania State Police received information he was spotted at Full Circle Recycling along the 900 block of Lancaster Pike in Quarryville .

When a trooper arrived on scene, Erisman fled on foot into the woods. A helicopter and K9 unit searched the area.

He is charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
