West Earl Twp., Lancaster County, Pa. — Khemphet Hongvanthong, 48, of Ephrata, was charged with Indirect Criminal Contempt for a violation of a Protection of Abuse Order following an incident on Allen Road on Sunday, October 2, 2016, at 9:30am.
Hongvanthong was arrested and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge David Miller. Hogvanthong was committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $ 5,000 bail.
