Baltimore City Police are searching for an 11-month old, Leo Garcia Lopez.
He’s two feet tall, Hispanic, with brown eyes and brown hair. He weighs 20 pounds, according to National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
He is in the company of an unknown black male teenager. He was last seen in Baltimore in a white, 2009 Suzuki, XL7, with Maryland tags of 42688CF.
