DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – Swatara Township Police are currently trying to locate Richard Leoni. He has not appeared for work during the past few days and family members have been unable to contact him.
At this time there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his disappearance and he has not been entered into NCIC as a missing person. Family and friends are concerned for Mr. Leoni’s well-being and are asking for your help.
