HANOVER, YORK COUNTY, Pa.– Firefighters battled a two-alarm fire in Hanover, York County on Saturday night.
The fire broke out just after 11:00 p.m. at a two-story home on the 600-block of Broadway. When firefighters arrived, they found heavy flames in the rear of the home. It took about an hour to bring those flames under control.
According to crews at the scene, one firefighter fell through the floor and a Mayday was called. The firefighter was not injured.
The home is reportedly vacant. An investigation into the cause is underway.
