The investigation into the shooting that happened on the 600 block of S. Queen St. from October 12 has been ongoing, which resulted in charges being filed against a second suspect in the investigation.

Donald Vinson III is charged with Criminal Attempt, Criminal Homicide, Criminal Conspiracy, Aggravated Assault and two counts of violating the Uniform Firearms Act.

A warrant has been obtained for the arrest of Vinson and detectives have been working to locate him.  He is not in custody and his last known address was in the 800 block of Fourth St. in Lancaster.
