Investigation leads to sexual assault charge against former substitute teacher
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. — A former substitute teacher was arrested Friday following an investigation into involvement with a female student at the Chambersburg Area Senior High School, according to Chambersburg Police.
Connor Weibley, 22, of Shippensburg, is charged with institutional sexual assault, police say.
