CARLISLE — A Lebanon man already facing charges for allegedly robbing a Little Caesar’s restaurant in Carlisle last month has been charged with robbing a Speedway convenience store on the same day, according to Lower Paxton Township Police.
Bret S. Bross, 52, is accused of entering the store at 3:15 p.m. and demanding cash from an employee, reporting that he was in possession of a gun. Bross allegedly fled the scene before police arrived.
Bross was charged with two counts of robbery relating to the Speedway incident on July 5. Bail was set at $25,000.
Bross was already in Cumberland County Prison at the time of his arraignment, because on June 24, he was arrested and charged with robbing the Little Caesar’s restaurant at 8:57 p.m. on June 23 — the same day he allegedly robbed the Speedway.
Police say that in the latter incident, Bross covered his face with a sweatshirt, walked into the restaurant, brandished a knife, and demanded money from the manager.
Bross was charged with robbery, simple assault by menace, terroristic threats, and theft in the alleged Little Caesar’s robbery.
