HERSHEY, Pa. — Police have identified the suspect accused of robbing a family in a Hersheypark parking lot earlier this summer.
Derry Township Police have identified the suspect as Huley Williams, 63, who was last known to reside in Brooklyn, NY.
Williams has been charged with robbery, aggravated assault, theft from a motor vehicle, access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking, criminal use of a communication facility, and multiple counts of criminal conspiracy in connection to the alleged incident, which occurred on the afternoon of July 27.
According to police, a family was returning to their car from Hersheypark when they found a man, later identified as Williams, rummaging through the back seat of their vehicle.
One of the victims confronted Williams, who allegedly slashed the victim in the face with a sharp object before fleeing the scene with the victim's credit card.
Williams used the stolen card to make a fraudulent purchase at a Target store in Bensalem, Bucks County, later that day, police said.
